Mission & Purpose
DBT stands for "Do Big Things”—part mantra, part reminder. The average human life is 30,000 days. Let’s make the most of them.
We aim to support underrepresented founders building amazing products. In 2022, less than 2% of venture capital went to females despite females accounting for 20% of founders. This is not okay, and just one example of the rampant bias in the venture capital industry.
Our last 3 angel investments (Kahawa, MicroGen, Stagger) have gone to female founders who are also people of color.

Data Science
A data-driven strategy is crucial because it is, in many ways, your north star. Why? Today, most executives lament having "too much data" in different silos all over the place.
You have two options: hate it, or harness it.
To succeed, today’s leaders must embrace data science to identify truth, and then craft a strategy around that truth.
